My biggest fear is riding a chairlift. The only way to the Skybridge is riding up the side of the mountain on a long chairlift with bears lurking in the bushes below. Come join me for the ride up the chairlift and take a walk on the 700 foot long skybridge . The views are spectacular overlooking Gatlinburg.
Spectacular fountain show sync'd to music. Plenty of rocking chairs set up around the fountain to sit in and enjoy the show. I could have sat there all night enjoying the view.
A ride along the Wildwood boardwalk on the Famous Sightseer Tram Car. "Watch the Tram Car Please" as we ride northbound along the boardwalk. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the fun along the way.
Join me for the ride up the Mount Washington Auto Road. Extremely narrow road that is 7 miles long. We climb 4000 feet in the 7 miles and enter the clouds at mile 4. There are no guard rails and the edge is a 1000 foot drop. Winds when we reached the top were gusting at 64 mph. The top of the mountain has the highest recorded wind speed in the world not caused by a tornado or tropical cyclone. The record is 213 mph.
